Our people

Paul started his career as a Light Vehicle Technician, working his way up to a Senior Technician over 13 years in the automotive industry. During that time, he built up strong technical experience and moved into a Workshop Controller/Foreman role, taking on more responsibility for day-to-day operations and supporting the team.

He later made the move into the wind industry, starting with Vestas and continuing his development working with DWT, at the start of 2026 he transitioned to Gael Energy, and continues to enjoy working in the wind industry.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his two kids and making the most of family life. In his spare time, he also helps out local farms with vermin control and enjoys clay pigeon shooting.
