Our people

Gregory began his career after leaving Peterhead Academy, entering the agricultural sector as a trainee mechanic. He gained hands-on experience servicing farm equipment, carrying out repairs both on-site and in workshop environments, building a strong technical foundation early in his career.

In 2012, Gregory transitioned into the oil and gas industry, working as a Rigging Inspector responsible for conducting 6–12 month inspections on lifting equipment and containers. In 2020, he joined Gray & Adams as a Trailer Electrician, working across a wide range of HGV trailers.

Gregory expanded his skillset further in 2021 by qualifying as a Gas Safe Engineer and Meter Engineer. In this role, he installed and maintained smart meters for major energy providers including EDF and Scottish Power, working across the UK.

Gregory moved into the renewable energy sector in 2023, joining Gael Energy. After a brief period away, he returned to the company, bringing with him a diverse background and valuable engineering experience.

Outside of work, Gregory enjoys spending time in his workshop, where he restores a variety of old machinery, including tractors, hand tools, and vehicles.
