Erin has spent the past nine years building her career in the construction industry, progressing from receptionist to Finance Assistant while earning three accounting qualifications along the way.

After taking a career break to travel, Erin joined Gael Energy in the summer of 2026, where she plays a key role in supporting the company's financial operations. Erin looks after the purchase ledger, payroll, and day-to-day finance queries, while also supporting the commercial team to help keep the business running smoothly.

Outside of work, you'll usually find Erin spending time with friends and family, keeping active at the gym or out running, or planning her next travel adventure.
