Our people

Ally grew up in a small town in the north of Scotland, 20 miles away from our Evanton workshop. Following school, Ally managed to couple up his passion for football and academic ambitions to gain a football scholarship in Florida, USA.

After spending 5 years in America and graduating in Finance and Accounting, Ally then moved back home, beginning his professional career with CRC-Evans Offshore as a Commercial Project Manager. Ally then moved to Global Energy Group (a sister company of Gael Energy), where he worked for over 4 years in a commercial capacity.

Since February 2023, Ally accepted the opportunity to transfer to Gael Energy in a Commercial Lead role. The growing business and passionate team that Gael Energy has was a key decision in the move and is excited to be a part of this.

Outside of work, Ally plays semi-pro football and splits the rest of his time between family, friends, and golf.
